Trust in You – The Trustee Training Programme
Trust in You is a unique programme to help ambitious individuals develop leadership and governance skills, preparing them to take on board-level roles in the non-profit sector, and beyond.
Sculpt offers the programme to cohorts of employees and young people from the London area.

Young people and youth networks
We know, from research by the young trustee movement, that less than 3% of trustees in the UK are under 30 and we are on a mission to change this. Our programme works with cohorts of up to 30 young people who work, study or live in Greater London on a 6-week programme. During the 6 weeks, young people will attend training sessions, be partnered with a mentor, participate in interactive workshops, and where possible, attend a board meeting for one of our partner charities.
