Igniting Futures is a bespoke 6-week programme for young people aged 14-16, focused on bridging the gap between education and employment.
During the programme young people will take part in interactive workshops designed to give them the skills, knowledge, and confidence to explore career pathways and take practical steps toward their future.
Igniting Futures is a bespoke programme meaning each session is tailored to the needs of each cohort. It is delivered in small, supportive groups, therefore ensuring each young person is supported to achieve their potential regardless of background or personal characteristics.
What will you do on the programme?
Through our Igniting Futures programme, young people will take part in:
Skill building workshops covering topics such as:
- Communication
- Teamwork
- Problem Solving
CV development workshops with personalised feedback
Project-Based Learning: As they work on real-world tasks such as creating a business plan or organising an event, with opportunities to present and refine public speaking skills.

To date we have supported young people from a range of background, include those with:
- Those with SEND needs
- Those in alternative provision
- Those facing socio-economic disadvantage
