Building Connections is an employability programme for young people aged 16-25 funded by UK Youth and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) and run in partnership with Sculpt. 

The programme helps young people to identify their interests and passions and give them the essential support they need to pursue their future goals.

What will you do on the programme?

As part of this programme, we will be running a series of employer insight sessions exploring a wide variety of industries and organisations. Previous sessions have explored sectors such as Financial Services, Engineering and Green Technology, and Marketing. 

Through these insight sessions young people will learn about different careers and understand the key skills needed to excel within that sector. These sessions are then followed up with a 1-hour employability workshop ran by the Sculpt team. 

We will also be hosting a series of employability events which will bring young people together in real time. These events will involve a mixture of hands-on workshops; panel talks and discussions, and structure networking sessions.
