Programmes we deliver

A 6-week green careers employability and social action programme for young people aged 14-16, who live or go to school in Westminster. Participants will develop an understanding of green skills and jobs in the green economy whilst creating initiatives that protect against climate change.

A 6-to-8-week further education support programme, for young people aged 16-18. Participants engage in hands-on workshops to build confidence, grow essential skills, and provide a tailored roadmap for participants.

A six-week paid work placement for young people aged 16-20 who are living or studying in or near the London Boroughs of Merton, Kingston, and Sutton.

A three‑year Modern Work Experience pilot programme for young Londoners. Running from 2025 to 2028, this programme supports young people from Years 8 to 10 to build their career readiness year-on-year through meaningful encounters with the world of work.

An employability programme for young people aged 16–25, funded by UK Youth and CCEP. Participants explore their interests, develop key skills, and receive tailored support to pursue their future goals.

A six-week employability programme for young people aged 14–16. Through workshops, projects, and professional mentoring, participants gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to explore career pathways and take practical steps toward their future.

A six-week youth voice and employability programme for young people aged 16–18. Participants develop skills to become wellbeing champions through workshops, advocacy projects, and community initiatives.

A two-week summer intensive programme for young people aged 16–18 in Bankside. Participants meet diverse employers, take part in workshops, and lead a social action project to prepare for the world of work.

A six-week leadership programme for young people aged 18–25. Through workshops, mentoring, and projects, participants gain the skills and confidence to take on governance and leadership roles in the charity sector.

A six- to eight-week employability programme for young people aged 16–18. Participants engage in hands-on experiences, employer connections, and skills development to build confidence and prepare for work or further education.
