What we’re doing
Throughout December, Sculpt is committed to working with young people to build their 12 skills of Christmas, by delivering a skills training programme. Each skill has been specifically identified by the young people that we work with as essential to securing their employment aspirations. Click here to donate and support our Christmas appeal!

Why we’re doing it
The new year is around the corner, this is a time for fresh starts and new opportunities. The aftermath of Covid-19 and the current cost-of-living crisis has taken a significant toll on young people and their employment prospects. Notably, the Prince’s Trust Class of Covid 2022 report has found that:
- Just over half of our young people agree the expected recession makes them more concerned for their job security.
- 33% no longer think they will achieve their career goals.
- 42% of those from lower income backgrounds do not think their job prospects will ever recover from the pandemic.
How to get involved
This Christmas Sculpt is delivering a skills training programme, whereby with a donation of £20 a young person will be gifted with a range of tools and resources to build The 12 Skills of Christmas. Containing access to training programmes, tickets to international learning events and invitations to online webinars (and some festive surprises), we will work alongside the young people to build a unique skill set that will increase employability and give them a head start in 2023! Click the donate button at the top of this page and select £20 to support this great programme
