Youween tasked us to complete a local report interviewing the business people in our London community about the food they consume and sell. Jacopo, one of our ESC interns, completed this challenge for the UK team and did an amazing job at uncovering some of the hidden thoughts and opinions centred around food safety. This is apart of a Pan-European competition initiated by the Youween project to start the conversation of sustainable businesses and green practises.
