Research and Engagement

Sculpt was set up by young volunteers as the first EU-wide, youth-led network aiming to give everyone a chance to forge a safer, fairer and more inclusive society. Our Youth Advisory Board are experts on the needs of young people in their communities and bring their lived experience to shape solutions that effectively respond to these needs.

By leveraging our decades-long experience in participatory research and engagement of young people, Sculpt can help teams understand young people, furthering their engagement in civil society.

We have refined and developed a range of youth voice services including:

  • The development and growth of Youth Advisory Boards – including how to effectively consult with young people
  • Participatory research – including the guiding and supporting of teams in engaging with young people and conducting ethical and comprehensive research
