Over the last 12 months Sculpt has been proud to deliver a dynamic calendar of events designed to support, inspire, and connect young people with opportunities to thrive. Through a range of workshops, networking events, and celebrations, we’ve championed youth potential and strengthened partnerships that open doors to brighter futures.
We were delighted to deliver not one but two Pathways2Success Days as part of our Learn2Work programme, one in November 2024 and another in March 2025. These energising events weren’t just about learning but about applying skills in real time. Young people had the chance to unleash their creativity and teamwork abilities through an Apprentice-style challenge, putting the skills they had developed throughout the programme to the test. The Pathways2Success events were all about building confidence, inspiring ambition, and encouraging young people to step outside their comfort zones and shine.
Another major highlight in the last 12 months has been our Building Connections End of Programme Event. From hands-on workshops to an inspiring employability panel and invaluable networking opportunities, it was a day to remember! We were thrilled to see young people connecting directly with employers, building bridges that will support them long after the event ended. A huge shout-out goes to our incredible partners UK Youth, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Carbon Clean, Burger King UK, Tiny Studios, and Bankside Hotel whose support made this event possible. Their commitment to youth development helped us create a vibrant, inclusive space where young people could explore career opportunities and build key skills for their future.
As part of the Building Connections Programme, we also delivered two World of Work Days in collaboration with Carbon Clean and Marsh Commercial. These days gave young people real-world insight into careers within STEM and the financial and professional services sectors. Our STEM Career Insight Day hosted by Carbon Clean, enabled students to explore the world of green technology and innovation. Through interactive workshops and a STEM challenge, students learned how STEM careers can drive action against climate change and how they can be part of that change. Our day with Marsh explored all aspects of Insurance, and an interactive session on risk management that really brought the topic to life.
In November 2024, we also held our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Celebration Event, which showcased young people’s achievements across our programmes. The event brought together young people, partners, funders and staff to reflect on the incredible progress made over the past year. It was a chance to celebrate success stories, share aspirations for the future, and recognise the hard work, growth, and leadership displayed by the young people we work alongside every day.
Each of these events reflects Sculpt’s ongoing commitment to creating opportunities where young people feel supported, connected, and equipped to succeed. None of this would have been possible without the energy of our young participants, the dedication of our partners, and the passion of our team.
