Laura Rofe

Running the London Marathon for Sculpt.

Laura is one of our AMAZING trustees who commit their free time to supporting and guiding our work with their expertise. Laura has gone above and beyond by deciding to run the London Marathon this year to raise money for our organisation. We are truly grateful for her commitment to the success of Sculpt as well as the funding she is raising to be spent on improving the lives and communities of young people. A little more from Laura herself….

“I am running my first marathon!

I am a Trustee on the board of Director’s for Sculpt.. And when I found out that I was selected by ballot to run in the London Marathon, I knew instantly, that I wanted to support Sculpt.

Sculpt is a UK, Youth-led Charity who embraces diversity and makes change possible through research, training and work-experience opportunities that empower young people to shape their futures and those of their communities. This charity has gone through a transformation over the past 12 months and they are here helping the young people of today be our leaders of tomorrow.

Before Covid, I was never a runner, but I decided to give it a go. Most of you who know me, know that I am always up for a challenge, so please, follow my journey in the lead up to the London Marathon and support me in this challenge by donating to this good cause.”
