About Us
What we do
We exist to help young people lead change in their own lives and communities.
We exist to help young people lead change in their own lives and communities.

Sculpt delivers holistic, tailored programmes alongside short one-off events, designed with Youth-Led Insight from our Youth Advisory Board and alumni community. We focus on the transitions between school, education, and employment, working with all young people, including those with special educational needs and those at risk of not being in education, employment, or training (NEET).
Our programmes are person-centred, creating safe spaces where every young person is seen, heard, and supported according to their unique needs and experiences. We do this through three interconnected areas of work:
Helping young people move confidently toward employment, training, or higher education through meaningful employer encounters, personal skills training, CV development, mock interviews, and networking. We aim to broaden horizons and break down stereotypes about what is achievable.
Supporting young people to find and use their voice, lead social action projects, and create change in their communities, while collaborating with schools, businesses, and policymakers to challenge inequities and create fairer systems.
Developing stronger, more self-reliant individuals, preparing young people to become the next generation of community, not-for-profit, and business leaders. One programme focuses specifically on organisational governance.
